About Gil Gershoni

Gil Gershoni is the founder and creative director of Gershoni Creative and founder of Dyslexic Design Thinking.

For three decades, Gil has developed cutting-edge campaigns for brands such as Apple, Google and Spotify that keep them ahead of the curve.

Recognizing that his dyslexia — a childhood diagnosis he’d long thought of as a hindrance — was actually the secret sauce to his agency’s success, Gil founded Dyslexic Design Thinking, which teaches people how to develop skills that come naturally to people with dyslexia to enhance how they work, create and problem-solve. To further change the perception of dyslexia as a limitation, Gil launched Dear Dyslexia. The global project has rallied thousands of people with dyslexia, including Greg Louganis, Alyssa Milano, and Dav Pilkey, to illustrate one word or phrase that encapsulates their unique experiences with dyslexia.
